Consultation fees may be refundable only when cancellation occurs before scheduled service delivery. If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with sufficient advance notice may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge, at the discretion of Vrana SCT LLC.

Professional Services

Because advisory and planning services involve time, expertise, analysis, and customized recommendations, completed services are generally non-refundable. Once a service has been delivered, the associated fees are considered earned and are not subject to refund. This policy reflects the significant professional resources invested in preparing and delivering personalized financial guidance.

Project-Based Engagements

Refund eligibility for project-based engagements may depend upon the following factors:

• Work completed at the time of cancellation request

Customized Deliverables

Any financial plans, reports, recommendations, presentations, analyses, educational materials, or customized deliverables are non-refundable after preparation has begun. The creation of customized deliverables requires significant professional time and expertise, and fees associated with such work are considered earned upon commencement of preparation.
